NC Action for Healthy Kids wants to hear from you!

We are collecting stories from the work you are doing to promote your school district’s Local Wellness Policy or otherwise enhance the physical activity and nutrition environment in your schools.

Any success is worth sharing! You don’t have to have moved mountains or tamed rivers to report – it’s the little things that count.

Use this Success Story Template to report your schools’ success to our
NC Action for Healthy Kids team. Complete the template, and email it to Success.Stories@NCActionforHealthyKids.org and we will format and name your story for you. It's that easy! Each quarter, we will feature new stories. Visit often to learn about promising and best practices in school wellness!
